Hi everyone, Its Christopher the reader here and the Movie we are here to talk about tonight is Zombie Bro. I first watched this Movie on the 8th of February. I am now going to talk about some of the Movie details. It first aired on the 28th July in 2019 and was directed and created by the same person. (May Grehan). The Movie has a runtime of 1h 23min
At first I found the storyline was pretty interesting and thought it would be a Movie that I would have loved as a kid. After watching it I think that it could have been a lot better, maybe if they made the Movie into a cartoon instead, or for it to be targeted for older children and mix it up with a bit more kids horror Movie. There was a few scenes that annoyed me but the top one was when it was time to go to bed, and the whole screen went black. There was just talking in the background with no light at all. Then it randomly just cut to a bright room and straight into conversation. The transition from that to this just didn't feel smooth, they were every sudden and unexpected. To me It was really slow paced and it would have been a lot better if some of the scenes was shortened down and maybe for the movie to have been more like half an hour instead of what it was. It just felt really long.
There was only really a few puns thrown in which wasn't funny and I doubt young children would fully understand. To be honest I don't think this is a really suitable movie for young children. It had a couple of scenes where the parents lock both kids up a number of times in a celler as a form of punishment. The parent field of work are A nurse and police officer which doesn't get mentioned really of what they were doing was a wrong thing to do. To be honest this movie just felt like one of those videos that are on YouTube of adult and kids dressing up, playing with toys and making random story's while playing, It just really felt like that but longer.
There was a disco scene in the movie but the music felt really off it was really quiet in the background with words being spoken a lot louder than was needed. A lot of the scenes in the movie also felt like it wasn't flowing that well, it just felt really forced a lot of the time. I found the face paint okay at times it really depended on how close the camera was to the actor at the time and the angles too as the shading of the face paint was off and it was very clearly that it wasn't the best in the close ups, On the gore side. The parts with blood it looked really fake no realistic at all the tone of blood was really bright maybe a tomato ketchup red or even brighter. I didn't like the acting, Like with a lot of comedy's the acting was really cheesy. Most of the time it didn't seem believable or realistic and when I watch a comedy I'm looking more towards those two things. For each Movie that I watch, I rate it out of 10, so for this I'm going to give it 3.
