Turkish nonsense about a time machine (which looks like an octagonal phone box with no glass) and the three acrobatic thugs in bright red jammies who try to steal it. But what they end up stealing is only an imitation made of scrap metal, and after the time machine's creator ends up with amnesia, and several attempts are made to restore his memory to get the time machine. A heroin dealer's robbery and a kidnapping work into things somehow, but as with a lot of these grindhouse flicks, it's better to not try to figure out a plot and just laugh at its shortcomings.

Most definitely unintentionally funny, but there's a difference between unintentionally funny and moronic. Scenes of female neurosurgeons running through the hallways of a hospital in bikini underwear, for example, are more silly than unintentionally funny. This is amusing to a point, as it rips off everything from comic-book movies to action flicks to The Godfather, but it wears out its welcome and grows tiresome long before the ending.
