Peddled to me on Prime, I was under the impression that it was a film about the American Civil War. No, to my surprise, it's a film about A civil war, that takes place in the far-off future. I couldn't tell you much about it, though, even though I saw this thing pretty recently. No surprise, it's not on Prime anymore, nor are any of the director's other "films".
As far as student video projects go, this is bottom-of-the-barrel stuff. It's not just the seemingly nonexistent production values (eyegouging cinematography being the worst offender). Even if this film had all the money in the world, it would still be a pretentious bore that becomes very, very silly in its last ten minutes. It's not worth the long, long sludge you have to endure, though.
You'd probably be better off reading a book, honestly.
