In the future, nothing is safe. Democracy is dead. Freedom is an old joke whose punchline no longer lands. In Mitch Kean's jaw-dropping spiritual opus, the very nature of reality is challenged by one man living on the fringes of a society consumed by corporate corruption. Every shot in this film is perfect; each angle is chosen carefully by the most discerning eye, bringing to mind a farmer choosing the ripest and juiciest of fruits from the tree rather than some impersonal hack simply recording scenes behind a camera. The dialogue is crisp and precise: minimalist perfection. And the performances... my god. The full range of human emotion that we see explored throughout these characters is astounding.

As usual, the government plants and the corporate machine will keep this gem out of the public eye - but please don't be fooled by the obscurity of this title. This movie, nay, film, this film is honestly one of the most intense, vivacious, and best-directed narratives I have ever seen.
